I’m a software engineer and engineering manager turned career growth and leadership coach. With over a decade in tech at companies like Intuit, Apple, and Square, I’ve gained firsthand insight into what it takes to navigate tech career growth and leadership successfully.

Though my background is in engineering, I found my true passion in people leadership—mentoring, coaching, and helping others. As a manager, I thrived in building strong one-on-one relationships, guiding teams through challenges, and fostering both personal and professional growth. Over time, I realized that the most fulfilling part of my work wasn’t the technical problem-solving, but rather empowering people to gain clarity, grow in their careers, and lead with confidence. That realization led me to coaching.

My coaching style is both supportive and practical. Through empathetic listening and structured, actionable strategies, I help clients gain clarity and turn intention into execution. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions - each person’s journey is unique - and I tailor my approach to meet clients where they are.
